For your consideration, a vintage Eico 950 working and tested.  This unit is particularly useful in matching capacitors and resistors.
Resistance range .5 ohm to 5 Mohm, capacitance range 10 pf to 5000 uf, comparator function for resistance and capacitance, paper/mica and electrolytic capacitor test.  Variable power factor and voltage up to 500V.  A very handy unit to have around.
