Vintage Bk Precision Model 830 Autoranging Digital Capacitance Meter untested. Condition is "For parts or not working". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Item comes untested. It had some old maybe original batteries in it. Terminal needs cleaning on batteries. It does not include any optional accessories  rechargeable batteries and charger and leather case. Its in decent shape. I don't have batteries for it and dont know how to fully test. Estate sale full of ham radio stuff is where this came from. Any questions just ask..
