    NOTE:
    The capacitor under test must have been completely discharged, otherwise, the meter will be damaged.
    It needs more time to measure a big capacitance (over 10mF, more than 1s; 100mF, about 8s).
    If the meter needs to switch the testing mode, it should be calibrated to keep measurement accuracy.
    For measuring the electrolytic capacitors, the selected mode should be “Hi.C”.
