I try to ship same business day but the post man does not always stop if a substitute is doing the route. Shipping on a single tie cost me within cents of what I charge so pleas understand why I charge shipping costs.
Refunds / Returns:

Recycling
:
I try to reuse clean boxes, envelopes, and packing material. I also buy discounted packaging tape that may have someone else business name or etc. on it. You would not believe the amount of tape used in packaging. Please understand I am a little guy and I do not get deals on packaging supplies or shipping rates that big business's get.
