This Listing is for a Mole Richardson Type 2591 Molequartz 2000W Baby "Zip" Softlite that is Used, tested and working with an eggcrate.
This light has a twist-plug---we are not supplying the hookup.
Both bulbs and both sides of the light works----but the on/off switch on 1 side of the light does not work--the light stays on unless you unplug it.
Sold as pictured, as listed.  no returns accepted.  We have multiple available so what you see may be cosmetically different than what is shipped.  They do work with the switch issue.

All the light comes indirect and unobstructed from diffuse surfaces. For use with two 1,000 watt 3200°K quartz globes. Two switches control light intensity. Equipped with safety screen.
