Couleur Nature Paris Bleuet - Rare Find - Tablecloths / Aprons / Table Runner / Placemats / Tea Towels - 100% Cotton - Handmade - Bruno Lamy Designs
The Bleuet cornflower design is made in shades of blue, green, yellow and off white. This pattern is no longer being made. I have one 71 x 71 tablecloth, one 90 x 90 tablecloth, one 16 x 90 table runner, several aprons and sets of (6)placemats and sets of (3)tea towels. These table linens are made by the French company Couleur Nature Paris. The prints are designed by Bruno Lamy and feature the beauty of Southern France. The linens are made in France and sent to Jaipur, India where they are hand printed in a traditional wood block print style. The linens naturally have slight variations due to being handmade. This is not a flaw. It is part of the beauty. The linens are printed by local artisans in India who are paid fair wages for their work. Bruno Lamy learned this style and introduced it to his French inspired designs.
The linens are a darker green like seen in the packages. The table runner and 71 x 71 tablecloth are new but they are not in the original package.
This Bleuet set is no longer being made. If you need these to finish your set, don't hesitate. I could not find much stock available online. I am also offering several other discontinued colors. The patterns are still being made but the colors have changed. Many of these pieces are highly sought after due to the limited supplies remaining.
