It is upgrade of AT520. It is high performance and intelligent instruments which is widely applied to test contact resistance,
battery voltage and battery internal resistance. Resistance testing uses vector test philosophy and
voltage testing adopts difference test philosophy so as to accurately test open-circuit voltage and internal resistance.
Can avoid the error resulted in pyroelectricity.
The sorting and beep settings apply to automation production line test.
