Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  The shorter stand is missing one rubber foot.  Other than that, these lights are in good cosmetic condition with a few minor scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing major or anything that would affect function.

The lights were plugged in and turned on and off.  The stands were lowered and raised.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
